DataCom Cabinets
Product Description
- The DataCom cabinet is built with the installers in mind. Offered in various standard sizes as well as custom sizes.
- Cabinet frames are built out of 14 and 16 gauge steel, based on height, and welded.
- All doors and side panels are built out of 16 gauge steel.
- Rail system is based on the universal spacing unit with 10-32 tapped holes and 5/16" holes for mounting to frame (adjustable).
- The standard powder coating is textured black, but other colors are available on request.
Standard Features:
- Built in 18 different sizes. (3 different depths and 6 different heights.)
- Open sides for access and to allow for multiple frame assembly. Holes are provided for frame to frame assembly.
- Front door provided (3 styles) that is also reversible for left or right opening.
- Multiple top covers to choose from for cable access
- Rail system includes 10-32 tapped holes with markings for easy installation of components for the multitude of Rack Unit (RU) holes.
- Finished in textured flat black
Rail System:
Made from 11ga steel with standard Rack Unit spacing visibly marked. All holes are 10-32 tapped. The opposite side has 5/16" holes for adjustment up and down frame.

Side Panel Description
Side panels come in two styles, with louvers (DPL) and without louvers (DP). Panels are made from 16 gauge material and powder coated. Side panels are screwed to the frame.

Door Description
Door panels are made from 16 gauge material. Select from solid, louvered, Plexiglassed or perforated. Doors available with coin latches, flush mount key lock or a push/pull latch. All doors are 20" wide.

Removable Top Cover Description
Top covers are made from 16 gauge steel. The covers can be modified to meet your needs. Some various options are larger fan, more knockouts or various size knockouts.
Standard Features:
- Covers made from 16 gauge steel
- Standard cover is 4” holes in each corner with a 4" fan hole in the center. The 4" holes are covered with a blank that has a 2" hole in the center for quick installations
- Covers are made for all three depths
- Powder coated textured flat black

Open Rack
Our Open Rack product is built in 5 different heights. The assembly is sent in parts and can be assembled on sight. The frame and support is built out of 11ga P&O and the base is 16ga P&O.
Standard Features:
- Standard rack unit holes spacing with obrounds in between
- Holes are tapped for 10-32 screws
- Hardware provided for assembling
- Powder coated textured flat black
