NEMA Type 1 Screw Cover Wireways
NEMA Type 1 Electrical Wireways are designed for non-hazardous application. These enclosures are for indoor use or areas that do not get exposed to water or other elements. The wireway's main application is for housing electrical wiring or cabling. Additional accessories can be purchased allowing connections to be made between the wireways for the perfect length.
Construction:
Our wireways are built using 18 gauge, 16 gauge or 14 gauge galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The items have a flat cover fastened by metal screws but can be ordered with hinges if requested. Both standard sizes and custom sizes are built to fit your needs. For hinged enclosures, a key lock, coin latch, screws, hasps (pad lockable if requested) or a T-handle can be provided on the opposite side. Both standard sizes and custom sizes can be built to fit your needs. We also make custom couplers, end caps, tees, panel adapters, hangers, and elbows (45 & 90 degrees).
Finish:
The standard finish is G-90 galvanized steel.
Powder coated Finish: Optional
