Why Weatherall Enclosures?
Weatherall Enclosures was established in 1984 as an electrical enclosure manufacturer specializing in indoor and weather-tight enclosures and wireways for the electrical supply industry. At that time, the company was named Electrical and Construction Products and manufacturing operated by Tom Clark. In May 2002, the company came under new management and ownership and was renamed Weatherall Enclosures. The company is now structured to meet all our client's needs throughout the 21st century. Our manufacturing facilities are centralized in Austin, Texas and our production capabilities are structured to meet customer requirements on a large-scale.

Weatherall Enclosures' modern facility, located in Austin, Texas, has been designed to assist you in the manufacturing of today's increasingly complex electrical enclosures and related components. At Weatherall Enclosures, we take our customer's product challenges as our own. Our dedication to our customers is the reason we maintain the most modern and technologically advanced facility to meet their needs. Even though electrical enclosures, wireways, and related items are Weatherall Enclosures' principal products; other items that have been produced range from simple brackets, security alarm boxes, sprinkler and lighting control boxes, and weather station enclosures. Galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel are used to manufacture the majority of items produced.
Our large array of manufacturing equipment supports the standard and custom fabrication requirements of today's industrial and commercial challenges. The primary fabrication equipment includes 1/4" x 12' NC controlled hydraulic sheers, 16 station CNC punch presses supported by a fully equipped tool department. Our operations also utilize manual punches, mechanical notchers, 12'-140 ton NC controlled hydraulic press brakes, 4' mechanical press brakes, wire feed welders, MIG & TIG welders, and 30 kVA spot welders. Our machine shop is comprised of an engine lathe, Bridgeport Endmill w/DRO, and surface grinder.
Our design and development team utilizes computer hardware and software support options to meet any standard or special client needs. Our staff is trained in the use of CAD for layout, CNC punching and forming, and MIG, TIG and spot welding precision. We also offer powder coating on all of our products, stock and custom.
